Please have your registration form mailed in no later than April 20th.

If you pay online you DO NOT need to send the registration form in!
(we will be able to accomodate a few late registrations and will have additional t-shirts available)

If you choose to download the form, please fill out the registration form and mail in with your payment. It is necessary for us to have an accurate count of all participants prior to this event.

Check-in will begin Thursday at 5pm.

Cost for the event is $30 per person or $45 per couple.

Includes: Tshirt, dinner banquet and live band.

Additional T-shirts available for $10 each.
